We are part of a group that travels regularly over the new year. This time the stay was extremely pleasant. The buffet was excellent and in the morning they offered coffee from a professional espresso machine. Every special request was fulfilled right away. The staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel beautifully located by the ocean and spa extraordinary.My wife and I had a very good time.

The hotel is beautiful, but what really makes it is the staff, which is the best I’ve ever experienced while traveling. Also, I had a relaxation massage at the hotel spa and it was incredible! The masseuse was Michelle and she was absolutely amazing - highly recommended!! Overall wonderful experience and hope to come back soon!

This is one of the few places in Split that offers professional high quality massage services. My masseur is a Filipino. She is awesome. She picked up her skill from a leading hotel in Asia which is well known for being amongst the best spas in the world. She was able to help me ease my ache. She was also v friendly and knowledgeable

We spent the day there on a “Day Pass” while waiting for our flight. The spa was lovely with a selection of pools, saunas and steam room. There was a little walk down to the beach but is very worth it. The Mistral Restaurant served excellent food and had great, friendly service. The day pass itself was good value for all amenities at €45 and included parking out front

Wonderful hotel with great beach club.All the staff were lovely, very helpful, nothing too much trouble, room always clean, great tunes at the beach club.Bar menu a bit limited but I’m now being picky.€6 for an Uber into Split old town-easy trip.Highly recommend.

We use the hotel facilities regularly as we live close by. The spa facilities are excellent and everyone who works there both front and back staff work incredibly hard to ensure their guests are happy. They are very patient! The gym is small but has a good mix of machines and free weights, the new running machine is the best machine there now. It would be great to have another. Teo who looks after the gym always makes us feel so welcome and is always on hand should we need anything. It's a pleasure to visit after a long day and we always recommend the hotel to friends and family when they come to stay because of the mixture of facilities and the excellent staff.

We had one of the best stay here in May. I commend the customer service and hospitality of everyone in the hotel and restaurant. One of the best is the breakfast service and the spot. If you are going for the breakfast, look for Benz. She will take care of you from start till the end. She attended our request including us asking to arrange a table where there is sun. She was always checking if we need anything else. Our entire stay, we always look for her and she welcomes us with a nice smile and already know all our drinks.

A beautiful haven in a great location with views across the sea to the islands beyond. We have been so comfortable here. Everything has been just right; the food was excellent, the service attentive and caring and the facilities very well maintained. A pleasure to stay here. And as a coeliac I need gluten free food, but everything was provided for me. Thank you so much.

Hotel was very nice, lots of amenities with access to a fine beach and beautiful pool area. There are plenty of dining and drinking options with nice views of the ocean, although there are some construction areas that mar it a bit.The service from the staff is excellent, really top notch. The spa is wonderful. I had a deep tissue massage from Shuxian who did a very good job with my old body, I recommend her.Overall, a very pleasant stay and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Two things that stand out: one is the quality of the rooms, the other - breakfast variety. I was here in December and only due to that I did not see any other amenities such as pool, etc. The rooms are AMAZING - spacious, renovated, large balcony. Breakfast buffet - it was the best high quality breakfast buffet I've encountered so far. For example, would you expect a buckwheat muffin for your gluten free option, local fresh olives and actual tea pots? I was AMAZED! the seating areas in both dinner restaurant and breakfast place are ENORMOUS! I just loved both AND the room. Staff is amazing, attentive. The feel and atmosphere are excellent despite the fact that it is a huge hotel.

Food and service are excellent. Was attending a seminar which organized by company that I’m working for. Despite of service at the restaurant, and excellent food, however…the meeting room, the water was not replenish when needed. Run out of water. Same as in the room. Room is excellent…and staying in the room at the new building. Despite the room being cleaned every day, the amenities was not replenish regularly. Water, only 1 bottle water per day, regardless on the first day, it was 2 bottles.

Very nice hotel, about 45 min walk from split city centre on foot (path along the sea).Building is fairly new and very clean, staff are all very nice and helpful.Breakfast has plenty of choices (crepes, pancakes, omelettes, savoury, sweet...) and the view is lovely from the breakfast terrace.Rooms are nice and clean (the balcony with sea view is worth it). Good bed and pillows.Prices for food are however outrageous (24 euros for a burger...and 75 euros for a double mattress by the pool..?). Everything is ridiculously expensive. I live in London and I know about expensive but never paid 50 quid for two cheeseburgers.The beach club was nice, lovely stagg and cocktails, but the music was too loud for my liking so I didn't stay long (and the water was way too cold at the end of May!).The pool side is more relaxing with lounge type music and plenty of towels available which I really liked.Overall I'd really recommend this hotel of you're planning to visit Split

Booked a stress relieving massage with Stefanija to wrap up the last day of my 10-day trip in Croatia. Best decision ever. The massage was so relaxing with the right amount of pressure and care. Plus, you get a 30% discount on the day spa for you to enjoy the sauna, cold plunge pools, and outdoor pools. Perfect stop before heading home on my international flight!

One of the best hotel, services, location you could ask for. The experience here was awesome, the food/drinks and customer service felt like 5 stars. The Operations Manager (BIROL) was very friendly, professional and treated all guests like first class. I highly recommend staying at Radisson Blu. I will come back here again with my friends on my next vacation.

Great hotel and location near the fantastic private pebble beach. Very good breakfast with healthy options! We enjoyed the Spa area for it’s cleanliness and calmness. I also used the gym and had good conversations with Teo about barefoot running and gym exercise. In general all the staff are very helpful and friendly. This is a place I highly recommend and will visit again when returning to Split.

Together with my girlfriend we stayed three nights in this beautiful hotel. They'de upgraded us for a room with a sea view, it was incredible.As soon we arrive, the team takes care of their customer !Ana at the Front desk was incredible. The staff was really good, special mention for the Breakfast Team and their manager !The rooms are clean, the restaurants are really good and not too expansive.If you don t want to pay the parking (20€ per night), you can park your car in the street under the hotel.To finish our day in the Spa was incredible.We recommend +++++ this Hotel, and we will come back !

Spa services are amazing! They offer everything from massages to whole body scrubs. The two therapists I saw were Francesca and Doris, both of whom are polite, professional, and overall were great!! I highly recommend and I will be coming back.

Nice hotel located not so far from Split. Great spa, great breakfast.In the room we had, a little refresh of the balcony would be nice but the room itself was clean and cosy. A big plus for the mattress, we slept really well. Our room had sea view but there was a massive unfinished building in front of the hotel. It is worth mentioning even though this is not their fault.The employees are nice and helpful.I recommend

The staff are so helpful and kind, always great you with a smile. Birol was there every morning greeting us all and making sure everything went smoothly and was an enjoyable experience. Initially gave us the wrong room but that was quickly rectified the next day. The out of hours service is very fast as well. Rooms are decent. The hotel as a whole is great, it has killer views, beach club, restaurants, amazing breakfast that keeps you content while exploring the city until dinner time. They also provide a free shuttle service to take to and from the city centre everyday.

We stayed for two weeks (we were supposed to stay for 5 nights but extended our stay twice). ALL the hotel staff are so kind and helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful and faultless. I’ve never known house keeping to be so fast but thorough! We would leave our room service outside and within a couple of minutes it was all cleared away. A special mention to Jadranka at breakfast, she was always smiling and always remembered our order, she would bring us fresh juice every morning which was such a nice touch! Ivan too was awesome and so helpful!Thank you, we will definitely return.

The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. We slept so well in the comfortable beds with fresh sea air blowing in. There was a balcony and the view included sea, mountains and the city. Staff were all pleasant, attentive and efficient. The food was delicious and plentiful. A drink on the terrace of the Door cafe overlooking the sea is a must. It is a 25-minute walk along the scenic sea walk to the beautiful Old Town.

Beautiful resort and great food & service. The views and amenities are superb. Beach club is beautiful and well kept. The only concerns I have is the unsightly construction site next door with random graffiti, the bath towels are small and thin, and the beach side drinks service is slow.Definitely would return. A 5 minutes car ride to city center.

Great resort to finish out a week of Sailing. Lovely sunset views from the deck bar and Beach bar. Warm indoor and outdoor pools and extensive, reasonably priced spa with great, intense massage - see Teo for deep tissue!

Excellent business hotel. Calm atmosphere, good quality food, good location and quite comfortable rooms/beds.The service in particular is exceptional. Very attentive to needs and eager to help, from receptionists and waiters, to sales reps, managers, and everyone in between.Tiny negatives would be not too much parking space, and the waiters being a bit overly attentive at times.

My therapist Teo and Stephanie was AMAZING! I literally lost myself during my massages, felt like I was in heaven and honestly? I could do it all over again. The receptionist Doris was lovely and accommodated us for a last minute booking but honestly just so happy with my spa services

Excellent location – not too far from the old town, and the beach is very close. The breakfast was good, and the service was outstanding! We arrived with a rental car, and there was plenty of parking space available. The hotel used to have a children's playroom, but it’s no longer available. That was a bit disappointing. However, we did find a small outdoor playground nearby.

Great hotelSpa is big and spacious. Big saunas, pools, jacuzzis. Indoor , outdoor chill areas. Always very clean with very active workers to keep it clean. Truly perfect spaGym has huge upgrades this year with many new equipment

The best breakfast- great choice of food, especially the fresh omelettes made to order. Nice frozen cocktails by pool. Lovely staff. Water too expensive in the bars though €7 for 750ml. So grateful for the lovely cake left in my room for my birthday.

This was our very first hotel on our 2 week Balkan road trip, and it was a great first hotel!Spacious & clean rooms, very helpful and kind staff, easy parking, and beautiful views.The highlights of the hotel would definitely be the views at breakfast buffet and the spa / steam room!We spent most of our time at the beach. It was an absolute dream & felt like we were part of the locals soaking up the summer sun & clear blue water!The dinner buffet was great but not the cheapest.*We did happen to eat at the nicer hotel restaurant for dinner, and it wasn’t our favorite. I wouldn’t knock it because maybe we should have tried other dishes, but for the price we chose not to eat there again.

During my recent stay at Radisson Blu Split, I couldn't help but feel a bit let down by some aspects of the experience. From the get-go, reception seemed to be moving at a snail's pace. I simply needed them to send an invoice to my company, but despite multiple requests, it still hadn't been taken care of after several days.To add insult to injury, I had booked what I thought was a luxurious 5-star hotel through an online company, only to find out upon check-in that it was actually classified as a 4-star property.However, it wasn't all bad news at Radisson Blu Split. The spa was truly a sanctuary of relaxation, and having a beach to enjoy was a fantastic bonus. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and cozy environment.On the flip side, breakfast left something to be desired. The lack of variety and less-than-stellar coffee left me feeling a bit disappointed. And to top it off, the fact that there was no room service available was a real downer.Overall, my stay at Radisson Blu Split was a mix of highs and lows. While there were certainly some bumps along the way, the stunning spa and beach access made it a memorable experience nonetheless.

Clean and spacious rooms. Great gym equipped with basically everything you need, also very neat and clean. Spa is even better after the renovation, good selection of facilities and always kept nice and tidy. Highly recommend even if just for a day trip to the spa.

The hotel itself is great. super friendly staff, comfortable to luxurious furnishings, rooms impeccable. The brunch breakfast is great, very large selection. Pool, spa and outdoor terraces (very good cocktails) very nice. We had a lovely time, recommended.Not as nice is the building ruins beside the hotel and the district around, unless you are architecturally interested in brutalism. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was not open and even more unfortunate, the beach club too.

I recently had a fantastic experience at this spa. Teo was super friendly and welcoming. Mikel, my masseuse, did an amazing job. He really listened to my needs and I left feeling completely relaxed. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The staff is so friendly - they made our trip! They are very personable, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the community and Old Town. We had no issues with our room. The pool is lovely and the beach club is a lot of fun. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Split!

In a seedy area but the staff and amenities make you forget your surroundings. The rooms could be a bit updated. Mold in the shower & the doors slam shut so that was disturbing. The breakfast was amazing and the beach club was relaxing.

We luckily came across this hotel after looking for somewhere to have a proper breakfast and we weren't disappointed. Exceptional service, we were made to feel so welcome and a huge selection of food from full English to yogurts, pastries, fruit, juices and much more. Mimosas brought to the table were the perfect addition to a luxurious breakfast. Highly recommend.

My partner and I stayed in Split for a birthday trip, and the staff and team at the Radisson Blu made it a wonderful experience.From Ana who manages the delightful spa, to Marijo, Ana and Ivan (and everyone else) who works front and centre on reception, every person was attentive, polite and helpful in every way.Admittedly, the in-house restaurants are a bit pricey, but Birol and his team at the phenomenal breakfast buffet (with Chef Ino making beautiful omelettes!) made sure to make us feel welcome and cared for.We would definitely stay here again if (and when) the spectacular Dalmatian coast calls out to us in the future. ☺️Thank you all for making this a lovely and memorable birthday weekend!

The Hotel lobby looks very much like five stars, as well as the room in the first moment. Nevertheless, when I looked out the window, I think I'd seen the dirtiest Windows in a Hotel ever. Check the picture attached.The Spa is well equipped with a Pool, two Whirlpools and 3 Sauna + Steam baths. Nevertheless you can not compare it with a 5 Spa spa hotel in Germany or Austria. Also, The smell in some areas like the showers of the spa was not nice.For dinner, I chose the buffet restaurant in the hotel and was very disappointed. The dishes offered were not what I expected from quality and variety. The potatoes seemed to be a convenience product (pre-peeled or even canned), which is not acceptable in a hotel with five stars. The rest of the dishes, like the sweet and sour pork, were swimming in fat, as well as the chicken breasts.The desserts tasted like a convenient product as well. The dinner was not worth the €45 they charged.The waitress was friendly.The breakfast was OK, with live cooking stations for eggs and crepes.

This is a fantastic hotel with great facilities. The spa area is spotless, the outdoor pool isLovely and the beach is gorgeous, clear sea, loungers and small stones rather than sand.The breakfast offers a huge selection at the buffet. It is approx a 30 mins walk to town or a free shuttle or Uber/cab. The staff are all friendly and helpful as we have found most people in Split to be. We can’t wait to return.

Fantastic trip. Worth upgrading to a superior room. we originally had a city view without and the upgrade to a superior room was worth it. Beach, breakfast and other hotel facilities really make this place . Alongside the brilliant staff Ivan at the front desk was an absolute delight , super courteous and just a good guy. Vipul at breakfast was also great to chat to and was always on hand to take our multiple coffee orders.

I am absolutely BEWILDERED how this hotel has so many good reviews and high ratings ????? This is advertised as a 5 star resort it is 3 at the most. Please don't be fooled by the pretty pictures. The dinner buffet was inedible, the rooms are small and cramped. The showers in the bathroom barely have any water pressure and flood the entire bathroom when you shower. The bathroom itself is just fogged glass so there is zero privacy if there's someone else in the room. There are stains all over the rug. They give you two bottles of water and that's it. The beach is much farther then advertised and is barely a beach. The staff was inattentive and the air conditioning was constantly not working. The hotel was an extreme disappointment. Would never stay here again and would HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere. We are still here for another two nights unfortunately

This my favorite hotel in Split! Love the rooms with sea view, the delicious breakfast buffet… the staff is lovely.But my favorite part of the hotel is the gym and the spa. The gym was recently renovated and has much more options for exercise.I particularly want to compliment Danijela and Ana M. for being super friendly and kind and for keeping everything so clean.

Wonderful experience at the Resort. From the start to the very end. Didn't want to leave. Mihael from the front desk was very accommodating and gave us some amazing recommendations. Teo was very helpful at the spa and workout area. Would definitely recommend this resort. It's closes enough to the old town, but just far enough to avoid the bustle.

A truly stunning spot for relaxation, featuring an excellent restaurant. The spa and massage services are exceptional. Should you wish to indulge in a massage, I highly recommend requesting Ksenija. She really did an amazing job, i had to book her twice.

Did not spend the night here but purchased a spa and pool day pass and it was wonderful. The pass included a cabana which was super nice. Cost was €149 for the day for two people and gave full access to the spa amenities as well as the pool area. Highly recommend this as an option if you have an early check out and a late flight like we did.

At the end of my month-long stay in Croatia, I love to stay at this property. Close to Split, you feel like you are in a different world. I spent the day at the spa, Spalato. I did a facial and a massage. First of all, the spa is excellent, with multiple dry saunas, plunge pools, and steam sauna. But maybe best of all is the staff. My specialist, Stefanija, was outstanding. My massage was relaxing, and my facial was top-notch with one of my favorite face care brands. I live it LA and this was to rival some of the top places I frequent at home. A big thank you to all the staff for a beautiful final day of my trip.

While the staff at breakfast were friendly and accommodating, I encountered significant issues with the behavior and professionalism of other employees, particularly those in the pool area and some of the management staff. Their unprofessionalism and unfriendly demeanor were quite apparent, and they seemed unwilling to understand or resolve any problems that arose.In the pool area, the lack of courtesy was especially noticeable. Additionally, there is no clear communication regarding the rules and regulations; it feels like a survival of the fittest, where locals seem to have the upper hand over guests.The hotel itself is beautifully constructed, and the restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience. However, there is a clear disconnect between different areas of the hotel. Some parts function well, while others are poorly managed. This inconsistency is also reflected in the behavior of the management staff. Some managers appear very relaxed and seem to have little regard for honoring the value of the guests’ payments, while others, particularly the younger staff, are extremely friendly.It feels as though the hotel values the tourists’ money but not the tourists themselves. In my country, Croatians are warmly welcomed as guests. Here, however, I felt as though my presence was only tolerated for the sake of my spending.I hope you take these concerns seriously and address these issues to improve the overall experience for future guests.

Amazing hotel with fantastic views. We had a stunning trip to Split and this was the perfect base to come home to each day. The staff were very helpful and the gym/pool facilities, along with the buffet breakfast were one of the best I’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend.

Beautiful gym!!Has a lot of cool equipment and space where you can workout on your own in your peace.For someone young using the gym it was great. One of the best I was in.I recommend it.

We came off-season so it was really nice to visit the spa on the rainy day. The facilities and staff are super nice and i also managed to book a Hydrafacial treatment for another day. I got it done by Doris was super sweet and professional, explained the treatment and also provided advice. The light face massage during the treatment was so relaxing. I can only recommend to give the spa and some of the treatments a try!

This hotel is amazing, really modern, very clean, all the staff have been friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. Quite pricey for food and drinks but you pay for quality! The breakfast is top notch, omelette and crepe stations! Both myself and boyfriend had massages at the spa which were incredible and the spa facilities here are great! The location is also great, you can walk down to the beach and along the sea front to the main centre of split takes about 1 hour but a lovely walk. If not 15 minute Uber takes you there and is very low cost! Highly recommend this hotel!

Surrounded by cranes/construction on one side, a derelict building on the other. The neighbourhood is sketchy. The walk to the old town is about 30 minutes, wouldn't do it at night.The reception staff will lie about not having upgraded rooms available(easily verified with booking.com. Showing what rooms are available), we were entitled to one via booking with an American express card. There are perks to booking with an amex, the staff are unaware of them and to attempt to use them results in bemused staff accompanied with poor service.The hotel is fine, but not 5 star.The pool and spa are nice.The restaurant was fine but service was slow.The service at the beach club is shockingly bad.The breakfast was probably the highlight.Would not recommend.

Don’t come here for tranquility and quietness. What this hotel fails to mention on the website: the beach is a club with DJ and the beats are omnipresent all day long. And the music is boring monotonous as well, just horror. Same goes with music at the pool and at the dinner: just too loud and the only place where you can find a few minutes of quietness is at the massage.Food is priced very expensive especially at the a la carte restaurant while it is just average, same for the wine: 65€ for a less than average bottle is just a rip off. Happy to pay premium provided the quality is premium as well. Service is a bit chaotic. We had a nice room though, have (still here now), as it’s a premium seaside with balcony.Oh yes and there is a big construction going on just between the hotel and the beach with pounding noise big part of the day.All in all: if you’re fond of Tomorrowland noise levels this is your hotel otherwise don’t even bother.

Overall good hotel. The gym is absolutely great. The pool is large enough and for the beach access, the stairs are well maintained. Only 5 mins walk down to reach Mistral Beach Bar club. Sun loungers are complementary. The breakfast was okay, nothing out of the norm. Staff are nice. Free shuttle to and from Old Town.

Everything was amazing. The waiters and people working in hotel were very kind, friendly, responsive and available for everything. Food was great! Rooms were clean and gorgeous. The beach is near and its super nice. We will definitely come again
